Custom cosmetics formulation and low-MOQ private-label manufacturing in Brampton, Ontario — built for founders, not factories.
About
CR Custom Manufacturing Inc. (CRCM) helps beauty brand owners bring custom-formulated products to market without the overhead of an in-house lab or the minimum order quantities that larger manufacturers require. From skincare and haircare to color cosmetics and bath-and-body lines, we handle formulation, small-batch production, and private-label manufacturing for founders who need a partner that can move at brand-startup speed. Founded by Courtney Reid, a chemical engineer (B.A.Sc., University of Toronto) with more than 30 years of experience across the cosmetics industry — including chemical formulation, operations management, and product development roles at Estée Lauder, Colgate-Palmolive, and Nature's Own Cosmetics. That background means technically rigorous formulation work paired with the flexibility and responsiveness independent and emerging beauty brands actually need. Based in Brampton, Ontario, with a planned expansion into Jamaica to extend manufacturing capacity for beauty brands across the Caribbean. Your Brand, Custom Made.
